Disappointment

Oh sad. Jaeli will NOT take her bottle anymore. It was one night, who knows why. Why does my darling girl have to be so stubborn? I need suggestions on how to get her to take one....HELP!!!!!

Try and try again. Persistence is the key. Jayla did not like the bottle but I had to get her to take it because I was going back to work. So I was kind of mean and starved her a little bit until she gave in. Some babies never take a bottle and go straight to sippy cups. My babies loved the ones with the soft rubbery tip. I'm sure eventually she'll want to have some independence and embrace the bottle or the cup. Good luck!

My Dr. told me to leave for 6 hours, and let Dad deal with it. He said eventually, they would get hungry enough and take it. We never had a problem with Landon, but Dawson was horrible!

So, I went to Salt Lake with my sisters and Landon, and left Dave with Dawson. He cried for 2 hours straight (so sad, I felt horrible) but after that he snarfed the bottle up, and never had another problem. So maybe you can try that! :)

Have you tried bottles with different nipples? Bradyn was the same way and i experimented with different bottles till he fell in love with one.
